Betsy Werner
Preschool
Mrs. Werner has lived with her husband in Cody since 1996. She has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, and 20 years of teaching kids’ church. She has three grown sons and two grandchildren. Mrs. Werner enjoys horseback riding, camping, gardening, and watching football.

Colleen Wachob
Preschool Aide
Mrs. Wachob moved to Cody in 2019 with her husband and five daughters. She has a nursing degree from University of Washington, has served in various children's ministries for over twenty years, and has taught her girls mostly from home. She is passionate about studying God's word, family adventures, running, and children's literature.

Jennifer Bradford
Kindergarten
Mrs. Bradford is from Pennsylvania and has lived in Cody since 2014 with her husband and children. She has a BS in Elementary Education and started teaching in 1999. She enjoys reading, walking, and family time.

Sue Nelson
1st Grade
Miss Nelson has worked in education since 2009, serving children PreK-12th grade. She has a dual degree in Elementary Education and K-12 Special Education. Miss Nelson is a proud parent and grandparent who cherishes time reading, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors with her family. At home, she lives with her sweet dog, Navi.

Cristy Hoffert
2nd Grade • 3rd Grade
Physical EducationMrs.Hoffert lives on a ranch in Clark, WY with her husband and 5 children. She has a BA in Health and Physical Education and a MA in Elementary Education. She has spent 20 years in missions in over 20 countries and has experience in children's ministry, youth ministry and early childhood education. Mrs.Hoffert is honored to be able to share the love of Jesus through teaching!

Joni Yoder
4th Grade
Mrs. Yoder moved to Wyoming from Alaska in 2021 with her husband and son. She has a BS in Elementary Education and loves learning, teaching, and seeing the light in a student’s eyes when a concept clicks. Mrs. Yoder enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and being outdoors in nature enjoying the beautiful world God has given us.

Dallys DeMaranville
5th Grade
Mrs. DeMaranville is a lifelong Wyomingite who moved back to Cody with her husband in 2022. She has a BS in Elementary Education and experience as a substitute teacher and dance coach. Mrs. DeMaranville is grateful to begin her teaching career at Veritas Academy.

Kim Stewart
Latin
Mrs. Stewart was born in Kansas and raised in both Colorado and Wyoming. She and her husband have four boys who were all born in Nebraska before the family relocated to Cody. She holds BAs in both Spanish and Art and has been teaching at Veritas since 2017.

Riley Brown
MS History • MS Logic
Riley is a Michigan native and has lived in the Cody area with his wife and three children since 2021. Riley has earned his BA in pastoral studies and his Master of Divinity degree. With ten years in pastoral ministry, he has broad experience with middle schoolers and is excited to be working with this age group again. Riley enjoys college football, popcorn, his Labrador retriever, and all things Jesus.

Bethany Fox
MS Math
Bethany was raised in Colorado but has lived in Wyoming with her husband and twin daughters since 2018. She has a BS in Human Development & Family Studies and has 5 years of experience in Kids Ministry. Bethany enjoys meeting new dogs and drinking craft coffee.

Cortney Brown
MS Language Arts • MS Literature
Cortney is a Wyoming native and has lived in Park County since 2021. She has a BS in English Education and previously taught middle and high school Language Arts, tutored privately, and homeschooled her three children. Cortney values discipleship and relating subject matter to the Christian life. Her favorite hobbies include games, crafts, and outdoor activities with her family.

Chelsea Yoder
HS Math
Parent Involvement CoordinatorMrs. Yoder was born and raised in Florida and moved to Cody in 2016 with her husband and oldest son. She has a BE from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. from University of Colorado Denver. She stays busy raising her three children and is looking forward to helping all of the families at Veritas stay involved at the school.

Ashlee Lundvall
HS Counselor
Mrs. Lundvall was born and raised in Indiana, but she moved to Wyoming in 2007. She currently lives on a farm in Powell with her husband and daughter. She has a BS in Public Affairs and a MA in Biblical Counseling. She also serves as a Commissioner for the Wyoming Game & Fish Department and loves being outdoors.

Emily Young
Instrumental Music
Mrs. Young is a mother of three who volunteers to teach Instrumental Music. Mrs. Young has 35 years of piano experience and 27 years of guitar experience. She previously worked under Jay Herrigan and competed in Portland, San Francisco and Spokane in the 1990's (piano & oboe).

Leona McClellan
Teacher Support
Mrs. McClellan is a Wyoming native who previously worked in Special Education for 35 years. She has one daughter and two grandchildren. Mrs. McClellan previously volunteered as the Pre-K Assistant and then the Kindergarten teacher at Veritas before transitioning to teacher support.

President
Priscilla moved to Wyoming from California in 1994. She has an AAS in Business Management, and she and her husband Chet have four children. Priscilla enjoys traveling and has had the opportunity to visit all 50 states!

Vice President
Dr. Sarah Durney lives outside of Powell, WY. She finds her purpose in being a wife and mother, serving others, and advocating for youth. She enjoys outdoor activities, community events, and family time.
